SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – EVANS, GEORGIA

Location: Evans, Georgia
Assignment Dates: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week; on-site only

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services toK–12 students within Evans, Georgia , during the 2026–2027school year. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting students in aschool-based setting.

Assignments will be determined based on district needs,clinician experience, and overall fit to ensure the best outcomes for studentsand staff.

Caseload Information

• K–12 student population
• Caseload and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process
• Caseload size is currently to be determined
• Caseloads vary based on grade level and student needs

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license and/or Georgia educator certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Full-time availability

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Participate in meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings

Screening & Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district and state
• Verification of active Georgia licensure or educator certification
• ASHA certification verification, if applicable
• Internal eligibility interview
