Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact supporting students within an inclusive, multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will deliver direct speech and language therapy services, conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and engage collaboratively with educators and families. While onsite presence is preferred, remote candidates may be considered when paired with an in-person SLPA professional.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license and/or educator certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCCs) preferred
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings strongly valued
• Sound organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to commit to a full-time Monday–Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with communication disorders
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Communicate progress and recommendations with families and staff
• Adapt service delivery across diverse student populations and needs
• Attend and contribute to school meetings and parent conferences
