Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, helping students achieve vital communication milestones throughout the 2026/2027 school year. As an integral part of the educational team, you’ll work exclusively on-site, providing direct speech and language support under the guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time opportunity offers 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to contribute expertise while growing within an educational setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold an active Georgia SLPA license and/or necessary state certifications
• Prior experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Familiarity with supporting speech and language services in collaboration with an SLP is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to thorough documentation
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the academic year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing student-specific speech and language treatment plans
• Support the work and direction of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
• Aid students in achieving individualized communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, staff, and other professionals
• Adhere to school district and state guidelines
