Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery, ensuring thorough assessment to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement diverse treatment methodologies, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans aimed at helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress, and responses to therapies to inform ongoing care strategies.
• Engage in regular evaluation of patients' therapeutic goals, modifying treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement and access to optimal care.
• Advise on and fit patients with assistive devices, promoting self-care and ambulation as part of their recovery process.
• Train and educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of therapeutic modalities and essential physical therapy techniques.
• Stay abreast of best practices in physical therapy by participating in educational workshops, networking with professionals, and contributing to professional societies.
