Pay Rate $16.00 per hour Shift Schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Location Fort Walton Beach, FL Temp to hire Temp to hire Job Title and Position Front Desk Clerk – Access Specialist (DUI Program) Job Description The Access Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and client support services for the DUI Program. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting clients with program enrollment and access, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Completing accurate intake documentation and processing required paperwork promptly. Maintaining up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with program and legal guidelines. Scheduling client appointments, classes, and assessments, and managing calendar updates for program staff. Responding to client inquiries both in-person and over the phone, providing clear information about program procedures and requirements. Coordinating effective communication between clients, program staff, and other relevant departments. Supporting daily program operations by performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and mailing. Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions and tasks.
