Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on capital markets transactions globally, including various financing structures Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and assist with corporate governance matters Serve as a legal advisor on major business transactions and oversee due diligence processes Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state 6+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting Strong background in capital markets and corporate governance In-house experience in FinTech and/or with emerging markets is a plus
