We are currently seeking attorneys with experience structuring and negotiating bank and credit union lending partnership/program agreements, whole‑loan purchase and sale agreements, and forward flow transactions. Lending and/or capital markets experience is highly preferred, as is experience handling these matters in‑house at a fintech company.
