About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Digital for the Chief Revenue Office (CRO) to lead a transformative business initiative. This executive will be at the forefront of reinventing the company's commercial operating model, with a focus on digital transformation that goes beyond technology implementation to deliver tangible business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of the entire commercial operating model, from lead-to-cash through customer success, renewals, partner ecosystem, and digital channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of leading large-scale commercial, digital, or business transformation programs. Key responsibilities for the Head of Digital include leading enterprise revenue transformation, partnering with the CRO leadership team to redesign the commercial operating model, and driving revenue growth through technology. The role also involves building an AI-first revenue organization, owning the digital product strategy, and leading a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, partner ecosystems, and revenue operations, and will be adept at inspiring behavior change and fostering a culture of innovation. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent executive education preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field.
