Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for Group X? We’re looking for a Group Fitness Manager to own our programming, mentor our instructors, and drive member results. If you’re organized, fitness-obsessed, and ready to lead from the front, let’s talk.
The Role:
- Lead & Teach: Direct daily operations while teaching 8–12 weekly classes + 2 bootcamps.
- Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, and coach a premier roster of instructors.
- Drive Engagement: Plan gym-wide challenges, specialty events, and holiday workouts.
- Market the Energy: Create social media content and promotional materials to keep our classes packed.
The Essentials:
- Proven leadership experience in group fitness.
- Elite teaching skills and workout programming ability.
- Expert-level organization (scheduling, app management, and logistics).
- National certification & CPR/AED preferred.
