Please note: Prior automotive service knowledge is required for this position. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes to be successful in this role.

This is a full-time position, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. The annual salary plus monthly commission range is $60,000–$100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the automotive technicians - clearly communicating customer concerns.
• Provide detailed descriptions of vehicle issues, service requirements, and potential solutions to customers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints gracefully.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple needs at once.
