Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivables SpecialistProminent law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals is looking to bring on an accounts receivable specialist to help out with interim invoices through the end of the year. The candidate will need general MS Office experience, mostly with Word and some Excel. They would be trained on the company billing system – Aderant Expert Billing. Experience working in a law firm is not required. Ideally a background in billing or general accounting knowledge would be helpful, but not a must have. We are looking to have someone start as soon as possible.This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $21-23/hr. with paid parking in Uptown Charlotte NC.Qualifications:2 years billing experience2 years Accounts receivable experienceExperience in Word and ExcelExperience in a law firm a plusAbility to start immediatelyKey Words: Accounts Receivable Billing Word Excel Accounting InvoicingBachelor's Degree Requirement: No
