ARDMS (OB) with (FE) certification required. Minimum years of experience: 2 years of experience. Traveler experience: clinic will accept 1st time travelers. Locals accepted / rate difference: yes. Work setting skills required: high risk OB, maternal fetal medicine, and obstetrics. Equipment required: GE, model # Voluson E10. Fetal skills required: abdomen, abdominal circumference, bone lengths, cerebellum, ventricles, diaphragm, duodenal atresia/intussusception, fingers/toes, gender, head & heart. OB/GYN skills required: 1st - 3rd trimester, amniotic fluid index, fetal anatomical survey, fetal echo, inter/intra-orbital measurements, multiple pregnancy, nuchal translucency screen, placenta previa & umbilical cord doppler.

Avg. daily census: 5-8 scans/day. Shift: 40 hours can be offered. Will accept 13 weeks. 8-hour days; 08:00 - 16:30. RTO: 7 days max for AYA auto offer. Call requirement: none. Float requirement: none. Weekend requirement: none. Patient age group: adolescents & adults. Patient diagnoses: high-risk pregnancy clinic, some examples include: fetal echo, AMA, TVCL, growth, anatomy, level II, and BPP. Special procedures/unit details: amniocentesis, CVS. Special equipment: GE is Voluson E10. Unit systems: Epic & Viewpoint. Scheduling type: 8-hour days. The expected start date is based on Novant's schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week, and must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. Novant will confirm the final start date on the Tuesday prior to the start week. Unit orientation: per clinic needs.
