multiple units Responsibilities - Provide clinical and operational leadership as the unit House Supervisor across Emergency Department, Family Birth Place, Surgical Services, medical-surgical units, and ICU; oversee daily patient flow and safety. - Serve as charge/supervisory leader across units, manage Code/Rapid Response activities, and coordinate with PT, Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, Interpreter Services, and Unit Secretary. - Oversee staffing and assignments through a centralized staffing office; support productivity standards and coverage, including after-hours management. - Manage crisis situations, de-escalation, restraints, and safety planning; ensure infection control and HIPAA compliance; participate in sentinel event reporting. - Monitor narcotic security and diversion, maintain IV starts/maintenance, and ensure consistent nursing care across units. - Float to other units as needed; collaborate with the off-shift nurse manager (4p–2a) and provide coaching to staff while maintaining patient safety. Requirements

• Active New York RN license in hand for submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• EPIC charting experience required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; prior charge experience required
• Travel experience required; must reside more than 75 miles from the facility;
