Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual and couple’s counseling sessions, focusing on building therapeutic relationships to encourage openness and healing.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, concentrating on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing familial challenges.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs through interviews, case history reviews, and other assessment tools to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress evaluations for all clients.

• Document clinical interventions, treatment progress, and case notes thoroughly to maintain up-to-date records in accordance with state regulations.

• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and legal guidelines pertaining to mental health treatment to provide the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
