Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions through video conferencing tools, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and regular follow-ups to evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse needs of clients, promoting overall mental health.

• Systematically monitor client situations, frequently following up to ensure improvements in their mental health and relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals and families struggling with substance abuse along with co-occurring mental health disorders. By addressing the relational dynamics within these groups, the therapist will help clients achieve not only individual recovery but also strengthen family bonds and marital relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is current and in good standing, without any suspensions or probation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on leadership roles that provide therapy to diverse populations.

• Proficient in using technology for remote therapy sessions, showcasing adaptability in a digital environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
