Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Carewell, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to adult clients.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using our teletherapy platform, ensuring access to high-quality mental health care from any location.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, responding promptly to clients in distress while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest mental health best practices, techniques, and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, benefits include:
