Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through in-person and telehealth formats.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and detailed case notes, in accordance with company policies and protocols.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and the effective delivery of services.

• Employ creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and cope with challenges.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
