Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges and craft personalized treatment plans that promote healing and well-being.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing tailored approaches, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions to clients, accommodating those with mobility issues or other barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends and practices in mental health.
