Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary liaison between patients, their families, and external providers to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certifications and oversee utilization management for appropriate delivery of services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and facilitate aftercare arrangements, ensuring clients have the tools and resources needed for continued recovery.

• Provide therapeutic meal support by modeling and encouraging healthy attitudes and behaviors regarding food, contributing to a holistic approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults who are in the detoxification phase of their recovery journey. Your role will involve addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of their addiction, ultimately helping them transition into ongoing treatment and support. You'll have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, assisting them on their pathway to recovery while navigating the complexities of their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Maryland is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
