Executive Assistant - Legal Department

- Draft, edit, and manage high-level legal and executive correspondence, documents, and reports
- Proactively monitor and triage executive email communications, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization
- Research, review, and abstract legal and business documents in support of ongoing matters
- Coordinate complex scheduling, manage executive calendars, and arrange domestic and regional travel
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal departments, outside counsel, and business partners
- Field and appropriately route information requests, always exercising sound judgment and confidentiality
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines with composure
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills and sound professional judgment
- Polished, professional demeanor with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
