Sales Associate

BAYAM Jewelry is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated, professional, and confident individuals with strong communication and sales skills who understand luxury customer experience and know how to build long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities Assist customers through phone calls, emails, live chat, social media, and showroom appointments Sell luxury watches and jewelry to customers online and in person Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication Maintain product knowledge on watches, jewelry, and new arrivals Provide a high-end luxury customer experience at all times Work closely with the customer service and shipping teams Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience required Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in luxury watches, jewelry, or high-end retail is required Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms is a plus Commission-based pay 401(k) Health insurance Paid vacationOpportunity for growth within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
