• Hours/Week: Flexible based on departmental needs
• Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
• Licenses/Certs: Missouri Medical License (or eligible), Board Certification in Neonatology

What You'll Do:

• Provide in-house neonatal intensive care at a Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
• Manage critically ill neonates utilizing advanced therapies such as iNO, HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Care for extremely low gestational age newborns, including infants as young as 22 weeks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatal nurse practitioners and neonatologists
• Support and oversee care across a specialized neonatal unit and well-baby care units
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to regional neonatal care efforts
• Engage in out-of-house coverage supported by telehealth services as needed

What You Need:

• MD/DO with valid Missouri medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Proven experience in neonatal intensive care, especially with critically ill neonates
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
