The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of a work order software system and following procedures for entering, assigning and documenting all notes, services, supplies and labor and seeing through to timely completion. The Maintenance Supervisor will have excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to communicate and report effectively. The role includes daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians, participation in hiring, discipline and termination of maintenance staff, and performing and/or delegating regular preventative maintenance such as replacing air filters, inspecting for plumbing leaks, replacing caulking in bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, and painting as needed. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You’ll Make $4,833-$6,000 per month DOE/Credentials $58,000-$72,000 annually (either figure is acceptable). Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. What You’ll Need Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state, and federal regulations and safety procedures Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment Driving is an essential function of this position – a valid driver’s license is required Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check Physical ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate tools and machinery, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and maneuver bulky objects Occasional ability to sit, talk, listen, and crawl Successful completion of crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings About Us ColumbiaCare Services is a non‑profit, behavioral health and Veteran’s service agency offering a full spectrum of programming to help people get better.
