Responsibilities

• Own multi-year scientific learning strategy for cardiovascular field and home office teams globally
• Define launch readiness standards and governance for clinical trials and major data readouts
• Architect medical learning approach for scientific data education at major medical congresses
• Build and govern partnership model across medical affairs, learning centers, and international markets
• Establish strategy for measuring learning effectiveness and training needs assessment

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience in medical education or training function within pharma
• Demonstrated ability to develop and govern enterprise-wide learning strategies
• Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with launch readiness planning and field team enablement
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and educational effectiveness measurement
• Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and innovation in scientific education
