Front Desk Admin Assistant Cooperman Center Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services Boca Raton, FL 33428 $18 - $19 por hora Part-time Información del empleo Sueldo $18 - $19 por hora Tipo de empleo Part-time Descripción completa del empleo Overview The Toby and Leon Cooperman Therapy and Resource Center at the Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is actively seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support, performing various office and clerical duties such as: Greet children, families, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Fielding incoming calls and sending to appropriate department, or administrator. Administrative Assistant will be well versed on all programs as well as therapists and coordinators in each department Buzzing clients in to the Center based on list of Clients in Cooperman Center and/or other departments in the building. Creating QR codes and communicating with Security Guard gate if clients are not allowed access for scheduled appointments. Performing administrative duties, including filing documentation, scanning, copying, and keeping the Copy Room and Kitchen stocked and organized. Assisting with Pick up and drop off of students downstairs if volunteer is unavailable that day, on an as needed basis. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families. Other duties may be assigned Experience and Education Prefer Bachelors or Associates Degree Previous 2-5 years receptionist or medical office experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong computer/technology skills Ability to multitask and follow directions Must be comfortable around children with special needs be organized and possess good communication skills be computer proficient-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
