The Production Supervisor will oversee packaging operations and lead a cross-functional production team, with a focus on maintaining throughput and efficiency, quality and compliance, and safety performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise shift activities across packaging operations.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional production team.
- Monitor throughput and efficiency to support production performance.
- Promote quality and compliance throughout shift operations.
- Support strong safety performance across the production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production supervision.
- Experience with quality control.
- Leadership experience.
