Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments for clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop and manage comprehensive care plans that integrate services across mental health, educational, and community resources.

• Maintain a clear and organized record-keeping system to monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with clients from historically disadvantaged backgrounds, including children, families, and individuals facing multifaceted challenges such as socio-economic hardships, trauma, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates who hold a Master’s Degree.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
