This position alsoProvides and leads team to deliver superior guest serviceRegularly keeps ambassadors motivated and energizedOpens and closes facilities in accordance with established proceduresProvides menu and park information to guestsMonitors equipment and reports any problem to proper personnelEnsures meal and rest periods are provided to ambassadors as required by company policySets up and monitors queue linesRecords moneybag recaps and completes task on station task listsMonitors stations to assure food looks pleasing and is portioned in accordance to recipesMonitors temperature of food and equipment in accordance with established HACCEP plan and takes appropriate actionSupervises and trains ambassadorsAuthorizes ambassador over-ringsMonitors food waste and assists with educating ambassadors on waste proceduresCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; Access performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problemsEnthusiastically represents the park by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the jobPrepares and serves food for park guestsCleans facilities, operates kitchen equipment and cash registers, assists with training and supervision of ambassadorsEnsures excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needsOther duties as assignedAssists other locations and areas throughout the park as neededWhat it takes to succeed:One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceSuccessfully pass ServSafe exam prior to startingAble to pass Alcohol training upon selectionAble to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers cardStrong written/verbal communication skillsAble to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationAble stand for prolonged periods of timeAble to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneelAble to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environmentAble to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet and/or humid conditions)Compensation: 15.75 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
