Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients, interpreting results and establishing accurate diagnosis and treatment plans in accordance with standards of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring timely evaluations and adapting interventions according to patient progress, primarily focusing on early intervention strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members to review patient history and address specific clinical needs, streamlining referral processes.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and address complex cases with fellow therapeutic staff, applying critical analytical skills to optimize patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, assessment results, and treatment responses in compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols.
• Engage with patients and their families, educating them about the recovery process and providing them with strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily caters to a varied patient population seeking outpatient therapy services for a range of musculoskeletal issues, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Avalid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, with a keen eye for detail during evaluations and intervention strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing for efficient time management in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferable; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation tools.
• Prior engagement in providing specialized physical therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Move Right Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience.
