Employment Solutions is hiring CNC Operators for a manufacturing company in Milford, CT . This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Location: Milford, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
Pay: $21.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines
- Load and unload materials
- Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
- Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- 1+ year of CNC machining or milling experience preferred
- Experience using calipers and micrometers
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
