General Superintendent

PC Collins Company, LLC.

We’re hiring a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a national design-build firm.

This role will oversee multiple active projects across industrial, commercial, and tenant improvement work, managing field teams and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The position works closely with senior leadership and plays a key role in driving consistency across all jobs

esEnsure scheduling, sequencing, and coordination are aligned across projec
tsLead subcontractor coordination and enforce quality, safety, and production standar
dsStep in to troubleshoot jobsite challenges and keep projects moving forwa
rdWork closely with project management and leadership on staffing, logistics, and execution strate
gyMaintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontracto
