Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive and cohesive treatment strategies.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collect and analyze data relating to client outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Continuously research and stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of mental health therapy, incorporating new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves providing clinical therapy to a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists are tasked with addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues. Each therapist will have the flexibility to develop therapeutic relationships and customize their approach to align with the client’s cultural background, individual circumstances, and specific challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting is required.

• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, are crucial.

• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage time efficiently are necessary to handle caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
