This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. Our practice operates primarily from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops, creating platforms for patients to share experiences and build community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
