Commercial Demand and Fulfillment Manager
Intuitive Surgical
Manages global logistics execution for Intuitive's surgical system installations, overseeing inventory, deliveries, and cross-functional coordination. Leads a team of specialists while communicating complex operational updates to senior leadership and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global inventory replenishments and final-mile customer deliveries with logistics and field partners
- Translate operational details into tailored messaging for frontline and senior leadership stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of coordinators while establishing scalable, compliant processes
- Establish and monitor KPIs using data analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal functions to resolve process gaps hindering customer and business goal achievement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years leading people and processes
- Experience managing capital equipment shipments across domestic and international markets
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to multiple organizational levels
- Proficiency with ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and business intelligence software
- Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building abilities in dynamic environments
- Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) preferred
