Warehouse Manager – Injection Molding Operations Position Summary Delta Mold LLC is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations within our fast-paced injection molding environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficient material flow to supportproduction. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including raw materials, resins, finished goods, and supplies Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing Coordinate trucking and logistics, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers Maintain inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational needs Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Operate independently while managing daily warehouse priorities Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or injection molding Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices Experience coordinating freight, trucking, and logistics Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Interested in this position?
