Contract | Days (3×12 or 4×12, 7:00-19:30) | Onsite | Expected 84 hours per two-week pay period (alternating 3×12 and 4×12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 3 South Stepdown unit with a 1:4/5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage intermediate-care patients, adapting to fluctuating census and staffing conditions
• Float within scope of practice as needed across applicable units
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Adhere to facility scheduling requirements; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

• Active RN license - Kentucky state license or valid compact license required at time of submission; no exceptions
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/Stepdown experience required
• Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted (medical and religious exemptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience working in a high-acuity intermediate care or progressive care environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to variable scheduling and census-driven staffing changes
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation processes
