Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments, taking into account each client’s unique challenges, goals, and progress metrics.

• Offer ongoing emotional support and coping strategies to clients struggling with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and stress management.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to enhance personal growth, promote social connections, and foster a sense of community among clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by expanding clinical skills and pursuing additional certifications in areas such as trauma, addiction, grief counseling, and cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
