Responsibilities Communicate with clients and witnesses Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefsEnsure that case-related documents are well organized and available for reviewAttend court sessions and record important information Maintain and update documentation Provide general administrative support QualificationsPrevious experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferredCertification or diploma as a Legal Assistant is preferredFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court systemStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with document management experienceExcellent research skillsComfortable Microsoft Office and case management softwareAbility to multitask and work well under pressure DIANA DIAZ & ASSOCIATES
