Patriot Program Integrator

Responsibilities Lead proposal execution for Romania Patriot program proposals, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiation, and agreement in collaboration with Contracts. Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments. Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures. Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts. Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts. Develop program‑enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (IPTs and/or CPTs) across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management and administrative functions. Develop and maintain partnerships with US and foreign customers; coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits. Support domestic and international travel as needed. Qualifications Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of experience. Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems. Experience leading cross‑functional teams that include Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions. Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages. Program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources. Experience with US Government Program leadership and Foreign Military Sales Programs. Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract start‑up packages for management review and approval. Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management. Program Management certification Level 6 or the ability to become certified within 6 months of assuming the position.
