Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their relational and mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that set realistic goals.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches to facilitate effective treatment.

• Manage crisis situations with prompt interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support frameworks.

• Document therapy sessions accurately, maintaining confidential progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Empower clients by imparting essential relationship-building techniques, effective communication skills, and coping strategies that foster resilience and self-advocacy.

Qualifications\n
