Workday Financials Reporting Consultant

We're partnering with a global IT services & consulting firm to recruit an experienced Senior Workday Financial Reporting Consultant to support a major enterprise Workday Financials transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join the program from the early stages, helping to shape the organization's financial reporting capability whilst working alongside Finance stakeholders, Solution Architects and delivery teams throughout the implementation. The primary focus of this role is Workday Financial Reporting. You'll be responsible for developing reporting solutions, supporting finance data analysis and reconciliation, and ensuring the successful delivery of reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. A solid understanding of Workday Financials processes and functional configuration is important, with hands‑on configuration experience considered a strong advantage. This is initially a 6‑month contract, with a high likelihood of extension as part of a multi‑year transformation program. We're also open to exploring permanent opportunities for the right candidate. Details Type – Contract (initial 6 months with strong extension potential) / Permanent considered Rate – $70 to $100/hr (exceptional candidates may be considered above this) Locations – Tampa, FL, Bridgewater, NJ, or Cary, NC Focus – Workday Financial Reporting, Finance Data Analysis & Functional Workday Financials Support Requirements Strong experience building Advanced Reports, Composite Reports and Matrix Reports (Prism Analytics highly desirable) Experience supporting Workday Financials implementations within enterprise environments Strong understanding of General Ledger, Chart of Accounts and Finance reporting structures Experience performing finance data reconciliation, validation and reporting analysis Good understanding of Workday Financials business processes and functional configuration Ability to work closely with Finance stakeholders and translate business reporting requirements into scalable Workday solutions Workday Financials and/or Workday Reporting certifications strongly preferred If you're an experienced Workday Financial Reporting Consultant looking to join a long-term enterprise transformation program, I'd love to hear from you.
