Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Title Accounts Receivable Coordinator Location Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 (On-site) Pay $26 - $27 per hour Job Type Temporary with potential to become Temp to Hire for the right candidate Schedule 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and monitor hospice claims (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Commercial) Process Medicare Notice of Election (NOE) billing and ensure timely compliance Manage room & board billing for patients in nursing facilities Monitor A/R, resolve denials, and follow up on unpaid claims Post payments, process adjustments, and reconcile billing reports Coordinate with internal teams and external facilities to support accurate billing Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospice or Home Health billing is preferred Expert-level understanding of Medicare Part A, revenue codes, condition codes, and CMS updates Proficiency with EMR/Billing systems (e.g., MyUnity, Netsmart, Epic, or similar) Attention to detail: Ability to manage complex documentation requirements and meet strict billing deadlines Excellent problem‑solving skills and professional communication for collaborating with clinical staff Benefits Weekly pay, Direct Deposit, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a Referral Bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
