Chinese Legal Assistant/Secretary Position in San Francisco

Role Description This full-time,/part-time, on-site role is based in San Francisco, CA. As a Chinese Legal Assistant/Secretary, you will support attorneys by managing legal documents, preparing correspondence, and providing administrative assistance. Daily responsibilities include legal document preparation, maintaining case files, scheduling, and facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and third parties. Interview and generate witness statement to present in court. Fluency in Chinese is essential to assist with translation and communication as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Law and experience in Legal Assistants functions is a plus Skilled in Legal Document Preparation and managing case files Strong Communication abilities, including fluency in both English and Chinese, with a focus on translating and client interaction Experience in Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling, filing, and office management Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in using legal research tools and office software Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in legal studies or related fields is preferred Prior experience in a legal environment is an advantage Good opportunity to get legal experience.
