Acquisitions Representative

Bright Future Home Buyers is seeking a motivated, results-focused Acquisitions Representative to source, evaluate, and secure residential investment properties. This role is key to the company's growth. The Acquisitions Representative will meet with homeowners, assess property opportunities, present offers, negotiate terms, and help build a consistent pipeline of residential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, timeline, and reason for selling.
• Build trust through clear, respectful, and professional communication.
• Walk through residential properties and assess general condition.
• Review comparable sales, market data, repair needs, and acquisition economics with company support.
• Present purchase offers and negotiate price and terms with sellers.
• Prepare and secure purchase agreements for company review and approval.
• Use Salesforce to manage leads, follow up, and deal activity.
• Manage company-generated leads and develop additional acquisition opportunities through approved company methods.
• Partner with the internal team through the acquisition and closing process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2C sales experience required.
• Face-to-face sales experience strongly preferred.
• Real estate, investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience is helpful, but not required.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Able to build trust with homeowners and handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Strong follow up habits and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a CRM or willing to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Real estate license is not required.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time role based in the Osceola / South Bend, Indiana area. Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally to homeowner appointments, including evening and every-other-Saturday appointments. Sundays are not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $36,000 to $48,000.
• Expected total compensation: around $100,000 OTE.
• Commission is based on closed transactions, with increased earning potential for employee-sourced opportunities.

• Practical training, mentorship, and shadowing with an experienced acquisitions team member.
• Gas card or mileage support may be provided in accordance with company policy.
