Machine Operator (CNC Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

• 2nd Shift Differential: Additional 10% on base pay
• 3rd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour on base pay

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (with possible overtime until 3:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 11:30 PM (overtime available)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating fabrication equipment, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality sheet metal components used in electrical power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC punches, press brakes, shears, and laser cutting equipment
• Fabricate sheet metal components to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout a shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr.
