Accounts Payable Specialist – Beverly, MA We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Beverly, MA. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, full‑time (30–40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and employee expense items in QuickBooks and related accounting systems. Prepare weekly payment runs; issue checks; process ACH and outgoing wire transfers. Prepare journal entries, support general ledger maintenance, and assist with month‑end close. Generate AP aging reports; reconcile intercompany accounts and corporate credit card activity. Investigate and resolve AP questions with internal partners; process customer refunds as needed. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of hands‑on accounts payable experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; strong attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
