The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a banquet or prep cook working within high volume environments

• Proficiency in large batch prep and cooking

• Knowledge in various cooking techniques including proper protein cooking temps

• Great knife skills

• Previous hotel and banquet experience are a plus!

• Flexibility to work shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays

Schedule: late night shifts; 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM, must be available to pick up shifts on weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: starting at $24.13 up to $30.16 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cafeteria Cook, you would be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items for the team member cafeteria in accordance with standards. Deliver food to team member cafeteria and ensure replenishment. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate, prepare and deliver food to be served in the team member cafeteria

• Prepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times

• Stock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s) according to forecast

• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
