Job Description:
We are seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk for a program supporting the Department of Justice (DOJ). This individual will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to DOJ users through phone, email, and ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills who enjoys solving problems and helping end users.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and note-taking abilities.
Experience using a ticketing system or demonstrated ability to learn one quickly.
Ability to accurately document issues and create detailed support tickets.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DOJ Public Trust clearance.
