Principal Accountabilities:

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred.
2. Epic knowledge preferred.
3. Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program required

   National Certification CCMA from: NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT

Competencies:

1. Must be able to be on feet for most of the shift
2. Individual must be customer and employee focused
3. Positive attitude
4. Strong work ethic; detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task
5. Willingness and capability to learn new tasks regularly
6. Ability to work without constant direct supervision
7. Possess strong teamwork and collaborative skills
8. Demonstrates all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service
