Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Interventional Cardiologist at Desert Cardiology & Vascular Center ( you will enjoy a busy, successful and well established interventional cardiology group in Henderson, NV.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board certified or board eligible interventional cardiologist ensuring strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.

• Outpatient and Inpatient duties including ability to perform/learn:

• Complex coronary and high risk procedures (CHIP)

• Structural heart interventions (TAVR/PFO closure)

• Endovascular interventions (peripheral arterial/venous/endovascular aortic repair, EVAR)

• Strong referral volume to pursue advanced cases based on your prior experience (MitraClip/Watchman)

• Shared call ratios (1:4 weekend rounding)

• Cardiology EP Lab/Open Heart Surgery Center

• Hybrid OR to perform structural heart cases

• On-site cardiothoracic surgical backup 24/7/365

• Active or Eligible License in the state of Nevada

To accommodate the growing health care needs of Henderson, Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican opened its Siena Campus in 2000. The second acute care hospital in the area enhanced and expanded the services of the Rose de Lima Campus.

$240.00-$432.00/hour
